Pace House Facility Rental Details




Rental Details:

  • Event setup includes 100 white wooden folding chairs, three 6' banquet tables, three 60” round buffet tables, ten 48” round guest tables and eight 36” round cocktail tables.
  • The entire facility has a capacity of 150 seated/standing using all three event areas. The Pavilion has a maximum capacity of 86 for a seated event. If the renter attempts to seat 86 persons, there will not be enough square footage to accommodate 125-150 guest for a cocktail reception.
  • Parking is located across the street and a sheriff is hired to regulate street crossing.
  • The rental fee is $2000 for Saturday evening events, $1500 for Friday and Sunday evening events, and $1000 for Monday-Thursday evening events.

  • The rental fee for afternoon events is $1000.
