New VHPS Corporate Member Paces Construction

Horiz-logo-small-4cPaces Construction renovates and custom builds homes exclusively in and around Vinings, Buckhead and Sandy Springs. They honor the traditions of these neighborhoods – where gracious architecture is scaled in harmony with the landscape. Much of their work involves updating older homes to be healthier and more efficient, better matching today's modern lifestyles. Owners John Beach and Richard Everett grew up in Buckhead, graduated from the Lovett School in the 1970's, and are now raising their own families here. They feel passionate about preserving the area's history and the architectural character of their client's homes while enhancing their livability.

Paces Construction is a four-time winner of the Gold Professionalism Award from the Home Builders Association and is ranked a "Top 20 Remodeler" by Atlanta Business Chronicle. Besides being active in the Georgia Trust, Atlanta Remodelers Council, and NARI, they are Certified Green Professionals and Earth Craft House Builders.

Call Richard or John to discuss your project.
